Al Awadhi will oversee all human capital functions in TECOM including developing and implementing effective policies, procedures and processes, human resources strategy, recruitment, payroll and employee services. He comes to TECOM with many years of managerial experience in leading Dubai-based companies like Tamweel and EPPCO.

Al Awadhi will also be responsible for providing support to management in developing, integrating and implementing efficient strategies that improve productivity, maximise employee and organisational effectiveness ensuring consistency and alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
Al Awadhi is a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina with a Double Major in Marketing and Management.
