MBI (Mubarek & Brothers Investments) has been launched to focus on the development and management of mixed-use projects across the region.

MBI will primarily develop both regional and destination malls, leisure and entertainment facilities and hospitality projects across the region.

Saeed Al Fahim, Chairman, and CEO of MBI said
"After studying the market closely, we have decided to launch our concept in real estate developments. We will concentrate on shopping malls and hospitality business developments. Our primary target will be Abu Dhabi initially; however we intend to expand to other markets across the UAE. Our developments will not only be unique in their concepts but they will be answering the needs of the market".

The business development team at MBI, who are responsible for overseeing the new developments, is presently engaged in the finalization of the first mega project of MBI. The location and concepts of this new development, which will be situated between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, have already been developed, including its design, and structural mix.

"We believe that developing an enviable travel and hospitality infrastructure will enable Abu Dhabi to streak ahead of the rest of the Gulf in attracting hordes of vacationers from all over the world. That's why we have chosen Abu Dhabi to host our first mega project which will be a destination by itself." added Mr. Al Fahim.
