Roads and Transport Authority announces new appointments within its departments

The recent appointments are in line with the directions of H.H. Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and complement the Authority's efforts to give opportunities to skilled nationals to take up positions of leadership.

Roads and Transport Authority has announced the appointment of Hussain Mohammad Al Banna as Head of Road Services Department. He has four years experience in the Ministry of Public Work and Housing and the Ministry of Communications. He graduated with honours from the Technical College in the year 2002, in civil engineering, and is currently pursuing Masters in Project Management.

Munira Yusuf Al Asmakh who graduated in accounting from the Emirates University in the year 1995, has been appointed as the Head of Treasury at RTA. Prior to joining RTA, she has been heading Planning and Payment Tracking operations since the year 2000.

Jasim Mohammad Al Jasimi has been appointed as the Head of the Department for Labour Relations and Salaries. He has over nine years experience in the filed of human resources.

Mona Abdul Rahim Al Osaimi, who graduated from Emirates University in architecture in the year 2003, has been appointed as the Head of planning section in the Department of Planning and Design of the Dubai Metro.
