In his speech at during a two day conference organized by AUST Network Training, Information and Researches Council, on Education Development & Research work, Dr Saeed Salman, President, Ajman University of Science and Technology, said, ' It is essential to assign the research work much more weight and importance for it represents the spear board of scientific and educational prosperity.'

'We need to transcend and rise above the primitive way of thinking and behaviors to reach the climax of modern knowledge via researches and scientific studies.

He said, ' I firmly believe that educational institutions and universities will be simply a skeleton building with no essence if they don't conduct research work. The research teams in every educational institution should lead the entire tasks.'

' The Arab world suffers great deal of the brain-drain of its scientists and knowledgeable people to the benefit of the western world who respects talents and innovative researchers.

Dr Saeed added that We should benefit from the west which has established great institutions with the latest equipments for the researches studies .He said, 'Notwithstanding the huge research works done in the Arab universities, very little have seen the light and implemented and applied.

He said, research is the only way for the scientists to reach to the right solution.

Dr Yousuf Mahmmoud, Chairman, Training Information & Researches Council, (TIRC)said, ' The relationship between training, Information and Researches is interrelated and should be closely tighten up to achieve the goals.
Dr Omaer Atif, Secretary General, Training, Information and Researches Council (TIRC), said, 'The two-day gathering to discuss researches and implementation is a positive step to evaluate the research teams formed last year by the university. He said, ' The research activities in AUST Network includes six field, Basic researches, Applied Researches, Trans-Researches Developmental Researches, Harmonial Researches.

He said, the AUST Network staff have conducted more than 137 most of which have scored goof grades.
