This appointment comes following the successful completion of Marina Diamond One in February and the continually impressive construction work on Marina Diamond Three and Four which started at the beginning of 2006.
The construction phase will begin on Marina Diamond Five and Marina Diamond Six next month, Scheduled for completion for Marina diamond 5 on 30 June 2007, and Marina diamond 6 on 31 August 2007.
After signing the deal earlier this week Faris Saeed, General Manager for Diamond Investments commented,
"In recognition of Belhasa's successful involvement in the first towers we selected the company again for the remaining two buildings, in preference to its major competitors, to complete the construction of the final two towers in Marina Diamond family. With the six Marina Diamond projects currently under various stages of planning or construction, Diamond Investments is creating 1300 new units in the Dubai Marina. The apartments have met with exceptional market response and availability is now limited
