Oasis Beach Tower: new Dubai beachfront option

The Jumeirah beach is a major attraction for visitors to Dubai, a strip of perfect sandy beach and shallow waters for bathing. It has also become the focus of major development activity and the creation of the New Dubai, an upmarket high-rise cosmopolitan city.

The new 45-floor Oasis Beach Tower overlooks the existing Oasis Beach Hotel and enjoys spectacular views across the sea and The Palm, Jumeirah, the 5km-long manmade island shaped like a palm tree that has become a major landmark of New Dubai. 180 apartments

Within the tower are 180 luxury serviced apartments, adding a total of more than 500 bedrooms to the inventory of owners Jebel Ali International Hotels. The apartments have a choice of two, three and four bedrooms and are spread across the 45 floors. Residents of the Oasis Beach Tower benefit from a wealth of services, facilities and amenities including an on-site pool deck, complimentary access to the Oasis Beach Club and in-apartment dining services. While the Oasis Beach Tower can accommodate short and longer term stays, a mixture of international visitors, corporate clients and UAE residents are expected to make up the majority of the business mix.

Three apartment categories

The Oasis Beach Tower apartments are divided into Deluxe, Superior and Premium categories, with several floors dedicated to each. Each floor features one 4-bedroom, one 3-bedroom and two 2-bedroom apartments, with each of the bedrooms having an ensuite bathroom.

Deluxe furnishings, spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens, LCD TVs and data points allowing connections for additional televisions, telephones, computers and other IT equipment, complete the apartment amenities.

Residents can also be assured that the annoyance from the ongoing construction work along the Jumeirah Beach will be minimal. Not only is the tower facing the sea but sound insulation standards are very high in a tower of this specification.
