CA extends its web presence leadership in the Arab countries with a dedicated channel website

CA (NYSE:CA), one of the world's largest IT management software companies, today announced the launch of a dedicated Channel Website for the Arab countries, in a major initiative to better serve the specific requirements of CA partners and resellers in the region.

This comes on the heels of CA being recognized as having the IT industry's best web presence in the region by SiteIQ's 2005 SiteTrends' report.

"This is another major initiative from CA for the Arab countries. We realise the importance of this region and acknowledge the support and commitment of our channel partners and resellers. Through the new CA bilingual website, channel partners can access useful sales and marketing information and tools," said Ned Jaroudi, area marketing director, CA EMEA Eastern Markets. "The channel website will enable partners and resellers to better understand CA's solutions and services and obtain valuable information which in turn will lead to improved customer service and higher sales volume."

The website www.ca.com/mea/channel offers a wealth of resources, channel news, latest promotions and events, technical support, contact detail, where to buy, how to become a partner, partner certification program, and other tools available to channel partners on the spot.

On the Channel website, CA also features a CA Channel Center in order to serve the high-end value-added resellers called Enterprise Solution Provider (ESP) Partners. The ESP Center has information and tools relevant to ESPs only, including the Business Development Fund (BDF), enterprise post-sales technical support, contact details etc. This center site can be accessed at www.ca.com/mea/channel/esp.
