At Cisco Sales Academy, the selected candidates will get hands-on experience with sales presentations, business case studies; build additional business, financial and sales acumen. They will learn to make cold calls to make sales lead. Trainees will also undertake sales presentations, written and oral exams. Upon completion of One year training programme the candidates will return to recruiting country to develop their skill and become professional Managers.
