UAE, new mental hospital

The UAE is have a new mental hospital at Al Awir in Dubai, and the old Al Amal hospital will close, reported Gulf News. The paper said that the lack of psychiatic beds in the UAE was so bad that mentally ill patients have had to be housed in prisons in some cases.
