Bonyan International Investment Group announces participation at Arabian Properties Exhibition

Bonyan International Investment Group, one of the leading real estate companies of Dubai has announced its participation at Arabian Properties Exhibition, taking place at the Abu Dhabi International Exhibition Centre from 2nd to 5th April 2006.

The Dubai based property developer will be showcasing its current portfolio of properties and providing visitors an exclusive preview of its upcoming projects.

One of the key attractions at the stand will be Bonyan's latest development, The Smart Tower, the Dhs 500 million project located at Dubai Silicon Oasis, a purpose-built technology park spanning 7.2 million square meters. This will be one of the first towers to be delivered within the high rise section of Dubai Silicon Oasis and therefore the residents of this tower will be the first to experience what the future holds in the way of technology from the comfort of their home. Situated on the Dubai-Al Ain road, the Smart towers offer an ideal location that provides close proximity to centre of the city.

The Smart residential towers will feature 33 luxurious floors equipped with the latest modern amenities, premium fittings and state-of the-art equipment, wireless internet, temperature-controlled swimming pool, audio-visual smart intercoms, satellite connection, intelligent security access cards, built-in TV screens in the kitchen and main bathroom, a high-tech health club and a host of other innovative features.

Speaking on the participation, Engineer Abdullah Atatreh, Chairman, Bonyan International Investment Group, said.
