Mindscape appoints Sridhar Kasisomayajula as Head of Services

Sridhar, an MBA from IIM - Ahmedabad, has seasoned board-level program management and core banking experience. Sridhar's assignment is a major step in the continuing IT support evolution of the services management team and reflects the importance with which Mindscape views the program.

He will oversee the implementation of complex systems integration projects, enterprise management, information management solutions for business applications. He will support the development, implementation and sustainment of common enterprise-wide solutions that support the strategic information exchange within Mindscape and its customers. He will provide his team and clients with senior counsel on first hand knowledge of back office, operations and technology areas of reputed banks across geographies.

Sridhar has handled, process, technology and budgets with an experience in delivery and program management for multiple onsite-offshore projects running simultaneously with project teams dispersed across geographies. With over eleven years of varied consulting experience, Sridhar has led the Financial Services practice for a global offshore company after a long stint with i-flex Solutions Limited and ICICI that has placed him in a good stead to drive IT strategies and implementations.
