Abu Dhabi Sports Channel & Etisalat bring the final match of the President Football Cup live on 3G mobile handsets and through live Internet streaming

Abu Dhabi Sports Channel (ADSC) and Etisalat today announced a feast for football enthusiasts in the UAE with arrangements being made for a live broadcast of the final match of the President Football Cup 2006 through 3G handsets and live streaming over the Internet, at www.live.ae.

The match will be played between Sharjah and Al Ain today at 4.30 pm.

Using the 3G & Internet technologies, Etisalat will be bringing the football final live to subscriber handsets through its Mubashir service and to Internet subscribers through Etisalat streaming portal at www.live.ae. There is no subscription or registration fee for this telecast and Etisalat will be providing this service free of charge. Etisalat's Mubashir subscribers simply need to send an SMS with the text 'r pcup' to 1010, and they will receive the settings on their phone. Once the settings are saved, the match can be viewed on their 3G handset.
