The TrekStor MP3 player i.Beat organix Gold is cast in 18 carat 750 gold, adorned with 63 diamonds (one carat) and possesses an exquisite chain embellished with an aquamarine. The exclusive, custom produced player was presented to the public for the first time at CeBIT, the world's largest IT trade fair in Hanover, Germany.
Alex Shnaider, owner of the Midland team, had the idea of developing the world's most expensive MP3 player. His Midland Formula 1 team is sponsored by TrekStor and took part in the preliminaries for the 2006 Formula 1 racing season in Bahrain in March.
During the sponsoring negotiations with TrekStor chief executive Daniel Szmigiel, Alex Shnaider noticed the i.Beat organix, which has been voted 11 times test champion. 'I was so impressed by the i.Beat organix technology that I immediately ordered the MP3 player as a unique piece in gold,' explains Alex Shnaider. 'I am convinced that many passionate music lovers would like to buy the phenomenal work of art. It's truly spectacular.'
As a result of the extraordinary interest of the German media and numerous inquiries at CeBiT, the German IT trade fair, TrekStor has now decided to order a limited series of this magnificent piece of jewelry for interested buyers in the Middle East and around the world.
These exclusive accessories will again be crafted by German jewelers Wenthe, who invested over 100 hours handiwork in the exquisite original. TrekStor chief executive, Daniel Szmigiel, is confident: 'We're expecting numerous orders from high-ranking celebrities across the Middle East, because the i.Beat organix Gold is a truly unique accessory fashioned with some of the best craftsmanship on the market.'
Technical features of the i.Beat organix
Outstanding features of the i.Beat organix include its particularly durable rechargeable battery (up to 25 hours operating time), an organic display, a second headphone jack and recording functions as a dictation machine and through the integrated line in jack.
Further distinguishing characteristics of the i.Beat organix are a 5x equalizer and SRS surround sound giving the player crystal clear sound quality. Another high quality component included in the deliverables is a set of Sennheiser headphone.
The compact, multi-featured gadget (75 x 32 x 16mm) is fitted with a powerful lithium polymer rechargeable battery which is charged via a high-speed USB 2.0 interface. The i.Beat organix also comes with a USB connector cable and concise user manual in English and Arabic.
