First of its kind service program introduced at Abu Dhabi Construct Exhibition

Unveiled at the Abu Dhabi Construct Exhibition, Trane Select is designed to help developers and owners realize the benefits of maintaining reliable HVAC systems so that they provide better levels of comfort to tenants, contribute to improving office worker productivity and helping to bring more business.

As the construction boom in Abu Dhabi moves into full swing, developers should realize the benefits of maintaining efficient HVAC systems. This is based not only on choosing the right equipment, but it also involves deciding on a proper service program to maintain long-term efficiency. Planned maintenance ensures that systems run at top efficiency and provide up to 12 percent energy savings not to mention the impact on reducing CO2 emission.'

A first of its kind for the region, Trane Select includes a four-level program that includes:


• Level 1: Offers predictive (oil analysis) and preventive (inspection visits- annual maintenance) maintenance .Free coverage of compressor during the duration of the agreement.


• Level 2: Offers predictive and preventive maintenance including condenser coil cleaning and maintenance. All equipment parts costs are covered in case of failure for the duration of the agreement which keeps the cost of spare parts under control.


• Level 3: Provides more benefits in terms of maintenance and coverage. In addition to all the items of preventive and predictive maintenance mentioned in level two, predictive maintenance also includes heat exchange tube testing. Clients who choose this level will benefit from coverage on labor cost.


• Level 4: Designed for aging products and offers the same benefits of level three. However Trane commits to maintain performance for a period of 10 additional years and equipment replacement within the period of the agreement is also included.
