'The DWTC's exhibition halls and Al Multaqua Ballroom are ideal venues for hosting exclusive weddings and these have become increasingly popular over the years, said DWTC's Manager Wedding Sales and Marketing, Afra Al Basti.

'Our facilities at the DWTC not only offer far greater exclusivity, landmark location and ample parking but also considerably more flexibility in size of the halls, and privacy than those available at comparable venues around the city including at the leading five-star hotels,'

Al Basti added.

The Al Multaqua Ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 600 guests, while those who expect more guests can choose one or more of the exhibition halls, the Sheikh Rashid Hall or the Al Maktoum Hall set up in banquet format.

DWTC is also using the Bride 2006 platform to launch its summer wedding promotions. On offer are comprehensive packages designed for individual needs including set-up, catering, decoration and all equipment necessary at discounted prices in order to make the grand occasion a truly memorable one.

'The aim of this offer is to provide a unique venue for national weddings, and also to help iron out the organisational, logistical and other obstacles faced by young UAE nationals who are planning to get married,' said Al Basti.

Backing up the superb facilities is undoubtedly top-class cuisine. The DWTC's Food and Beverage department, offers a wide range of culinary delights prepared by an experienced team of master chefs, who specialise in Emirati as well as Lebanese, Iranian, French, Chinese, Indian, Moroccan and Eqyptian cuisines, that cater to every taste imaginable. DWTC have been the pioneers in popularising Emirati cuisines in large-scale banquets, this in addition to our Grade A certification in Food Hygiene and Safety from Dubai Municipality and adherence to HACCP standards in food safety will reassure the guest of a quality experience.

The DWTC stand at Bride 2006 features exquisite decorations, table settings, seating arrangements, food settings, culinary facilities and many other services that are unique and will go a long way to making any wedding a never-to-be forgotten occasion.
