'Participating in FT summit 2006 was a part of Novell's approach to target the growing finance sectors in the GCC. As the regional outlook in technology implementation for the public sectors increases, it becomes imperative for organizations to discover the best-of-breed technologies that enable them to manage their business seamlessly, whilst complying with regulatory reporting mechanisms, in a quick, secure and transparent way, says Gerard McDonnell, Director, Novell Middle East.

'The responsibility for deploying and managing identities on the systems spread across the company, is challenging the enterprise to keep identity data consistent. It is very important for organizations to manage who, or what application, has access to what parts of your business, how it is being used, and what you can do to make this access deeper and better,' says Jamie Partington Country Manager, Novell Middle East.
