Bahrain realty up 25% in Q1

The Bahrain Survey and Land Registration Organisation president Sheikh Salman bin Abdulla Al Khalifa reported to local papers that real etate traded in Q1 this year was up by 25% to $378m compared with Q1 2005. This confirms that Bahrain is also participating in the Gulf real estate boom, albeit at a much lower level than Abu Dhabi, Doha or Dubai.
