To address these issues, Oracle, the world's largest enterprise software company, has announced a half-day session on SMBs in Riyadh and Jeddah.

In addition to the SMB forum, Oracle will also be hosting a roundtable on Human Capital Management (HCM). In a growing economy, organisations place greater emphasis on the entire employment lifecycle: from workforce planning, recruiting, training, and performance management to career development, succession planning and compensation.

Commenting on the two forums, Abdul Rahman Al Thehaiban, Managing Director, Oracle Corporation, Saudi Arabia, said:

"The business scene in Saudi is fast-changing. As new companies take root in this dynamic market, we see a greater need to train and educate businesses, especially SMBs, on best IT practices for profit-driven growth. This is also true in the case of human capital management, as finding and training staff is a fundamental issue facing Saudi-based organisations. Oracle is committed to the region and has the expertise to provide world-class products and solutions."

Oracle SMB Forum Highlights Opportunities
The interactive forum is designed specifically for executives from SMBs to learn about the latest developments and challenges facing mid-sized companies in the region. The attendees will learn how leading SMBs across the Middle East are leveraging Oracle's low-cost, easy-to-use and future-proof IT solutions to increase business and enhance productivity.

Senior Oracle executives will also demonstrate automating and streamlining of business processes, using the Oracle E-Business Suite Special Edition for SMBs. The SMB forum will be held on April 1 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Riyadh and on April 2 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Jeddah.

Human Resource Presents Challenge for KSA Managers

The open forum targeted at human resources (HR) and payroll managers and directors will explain how leading firms in Saudi Arabia are taking an organization-wide, holistic approach to talent management. The exclusive HR roundtable will enable participants to probe top-of-mind challenges with Oracle executives as well as with other organizations in similar positions.

The HCM forum was held on April 3rd at the Intercontinental Hotel in Riyadh and on April 5th at the Intercontinental Hotel in Jeddah.
