DTCM launches successful real-estate promotion in Saudi Arabia

As increasing global attention focuses on Dubai's residential and commercial investment opportunities and corporations worldwide look at ways to tap Dubai's growing property market, the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) has expedited its international promotional campaign particularly in AGCC countries.
The main purpose was to showcase recent and upcoming iconic projects like the Burj Dubai, Dubailand, Dubai Marina, Dubai Beach residence that has shaped Dubai's image as the fastest growing city in the world.
Dubai's leading property developer Nakheel was represented by Mr. Marwan Al Kamzi, Dubai Propert group by Mr. Adel Lootah and Dubai Land Department by Mr. Marwan bin Ghlaita. All of them gave presentations to show different facets of Dubai's new yet fast developing real estate sector.
The focus was on Dubai's new properties and the opportunities to explore real estate investment opportunities. The forum received an overwhelming response from the Saudi businessmen who attended in large numbers.
Among the 170 businessmen who attended the event, many evinced interest in Dubai's real estate potential, adding to the success of the DTCM initiative.
