Adnoc studies Fujairah refinery

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company has almost completed a study into the feasibility of a new 500,000 bpd refinery at Fujairah, UAE Energy Minister Mohammad bin Dha'en Al Hamli told Bloomberg. Previous estimates have put the construction cost at $3bn.
