Having achieved this rank, InterContinental Jordan displayed the highest values of customer focus, maintaining service standards for the guests, and protecting their revenue contribution. Additionally, InterContinental Jordan was also chosen as one of the lucky Money Madness Prize Draw winners and being awarded US $1,800 for achieving Qualifying Enrolments in its priority club program as well.
Mr. Gunter Grigoliet, General Manager and Director of Operations for Jordan & Palestine, congratulated all the team of the Front Office Department and expressed his gratitude to all who contributed to achieve this rank. He also stressed on the importance of these awards, as they reflect the motivation of the employees and their drive towards reaching the company's goals.
