Etisalat opens service centre in Sheikh Khalifa Energy Complex, Abu Dhabi

Emirates Telecommunications Corporation- Etisalat- has opened a dedicated customer service centre in the Sheikh Khalifa Energy Complex in Abu Dhabi, which will be managed by Etisalat's Abu Dhabi region.

The Energy Complex has more than 3500 executives of ADNOC and other group companies working there daily, and they will now be able to subscribe and unsubscribe from services, pay their telephone, mobile and Internet bills, and conduct a range of transactions with Etisalat at the dedicated service centre.

Saeed Bin Saif Al Qamzi, Administration and HR Director, ADNOC, said: "We appreciate the initiative of Etisalat to set up a dedicated service centre for the staff of the Sheikh Khalifa Energy Complex to transact on their telecommunications services. This will help us save a lot of time, and transact with Etisalat with minimum effort. The Corporation's strategy to get closer to their customers is commendable, and we look forward to many more innovations from Etisalat."

Mohammad Al Qamzi, General Manager, Etisalat Abu Dhabi Region, said:

Essa Al Haddad, Executive Vice President- Marketing, Etisalat, said: "Opening this new service centre comes as a part of our commitment to introducing new and innovative telecom services that help promote communication between people. This new service centre will work like an area to showcase and promote different telecom services for the people within the complex."

The opening ceremony of the dedicated Etisalat service centre at the Sheikh Khalifa Energy Complex, Abu Dhabi, was attended by senior executives and department heads from ADNOC, including Saeed Bin Saif Al Qamzi, Saif Al Ghafli, General Manager of Vertel, Mohammed Salem Al Dhaheri, General Manager of ADNATCO, Rashid Al Zaabi, General Manager of Administrative Services, ADNOC, and representatives from the other companies of the group. Senior executives from Etisalat who were present included Mohammad Al Qamzi, Abdulla Al Shamsi, Deputy General Manager of Etisalat Abu Dhabi region, Ahmed Abdulkarim Julfar, General Manager of Etisalat Dubai Region and eCompany, Essa Al Haddad, and Ahmed Bin Ali, Etisalat's Manager Corporate Communications.
