Better Homes launches publishing division

The new publishing division has established two titles - Property Listings and the new Better Living. Both publications are distributed free-of-charge to Better Homes (BH) managed properties and all new BH customers. "With Better Living and Property Listings we have responded to our clients' requests for specific information regarding real estate availabilities and lifestyle issues. Our clients have turned to us time and again for facts on available property and quality services in Dubai, which prompted us to consolidate our substantial knowledge of the property sector and the city life into these two publications," said Ryan Mahoney, managing director of Better Homes.

Property Listings, launched in September 2005, has become a respected property guide amongst residents and investors. 15,000 copies of this monthly publication are circulated through a distribution network including supermarkets, book shops and gas stations. The publication features a user-friendly colour-coded format to list all the available Better Homes properties. The guide makes it easier for investors, prospective home buyers, people relocating or moving and other interested parties to choose their dream property from over 12,000 options that fall under Better Homes' management.

Better Living is the answer to our clients' countless requests for advice on the best places to visit and the best services to use in Dubai. Launched recently, the bi-annual publication has an initial distribution of 30,000 and is available for a retail price of Dh30/- in supermarkets, gas stations and book shops. It will also be distributed free amongst the customers of leading institutions such as HSBC Bank and Allied Pickford. The editorial content of Better Living focuses on lifestyle services in Dubai and includes an indexed discount guide to activities, education, interior design, banking, health care, shops amongst several others. It also offers a number of discount shopping coupons providing added value to its readers. The title also provides information about Better Homes's short-term leasing scheme, popular amongst visiting businessmen and holidaymakers who are increasingly flocking to Dubai.
