So far the project team has conducted 33 workshops with various departments at DM, in addition to over 100 interviews with senior and middle level management of the Municipality in the first two months of 2006 alone. We are certain that, when completed, this project will benefit all departments within Dubai Municipality."
The Information Technology Department Transformation Strategy project is scheduled for completion by June 2007.
