Flights to Kochi will commence from 1st May '06 and Jaipur from the middle of May, with the exact dates to be announced shortly.

Air Arabia will fly daily to Jaipur and 4 times a week to Kochi until 19th May and then daily to Kochi from 20th May. This service will provide a vital link for Indians in the Gulf to go home besides connecting UAE with two of the most popular leisure destinations in India.

Jaipur, part of the famed Golden triangle that includes Agra and Delhi, also called the pink city because of the beautiful sandstone city landscape, offers a step back in time to another era, one of majestic 18th and 19th century palaces, traditional hospitality and a wealth of shopping.

Kochi offers an ideal holiday destination with an equable climate, long shoreline of serene beaches, tranquil stretches of emerald backwaters, lush hill stations and exotic wildlife. Kochi also offers connections to other parts of Kerala, dubbed, "Gods Own Country" where you can experience a wealth of art and culture, Ayurvedic health holidays, magical festivals and an exotic cuisine.

Air Arabia's Chairman, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Mohammed Al Thani said,

"We are delighted to be adding more destinations in India and to continue to give the opportunity to more people to go home more often at affordable fares. Our expansion to these two strategic destinations reinforces our commitment to the Indian market and we look forward to increasing our coverage in India in the future."

With the addition of these two destinations, Air Arabia now connects the UAE to 4 key Indian cities in the North, Central and the South, taking the total number of flights per week into India to 26. Air Arabia flies daily to Mumbai and 5 times a week to Nagpur, offering value for money fares starting from AED 300 to Mumbai and AED 199 to Nagpur, exclusive of taxes and surcharges.
