Designed to control cameras, the TrackVIEW technology's hands-free automated camera tracking system promises to bridge the technology gap that has prevented the distance learning and training industries from offering a seamless communication experience.
'The unique feature of the TrackVIEW system is its motion tracking technology, said Mr. K. S. Parag, Regional Director, FVC. 'Motion tracking combined with Vaddio's camera control technology allows a presenter to stay on camera as they walk between preset camera locations, which is a great benefit for distance learning and training programs.'
'Presenter camera tracking has always been in high demand from users in distance learning, training and presentation rooms. Historically, users have been dissatisfied with the results of camera tracking products. The new TrackVIEW by Vaddio was designed as a system which gives the users the dependability they require as they maintain their focus on their audience,' Mr. Parag added.
Vaddio has pioneered and redefined the camera control industry and made it easier to design and install preset Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) camera control systems into project designs. The TrackVIEW system incorporates camera tracking into camera preset control systems. This will allow presenters the ability to have the camera follow them as they walk between preset locations. The advantage this gives the system designers is that they get pre-selected shots they want at the podium or whiteboard, and when they walk between shots they stay on camera as the system tracks them. The presenter is not required to wear anything nor is the use of external sensors required for activating the tracking camera feature.
