Starting from today, 15th April, Emirates' hotline number 800-8-971-487 will operate round-the-clock, offering the airline's customers direct access a travel consultant at any time of the day, throughout the year. This unique service is toll-free to Emirates' customers calling from any city in the Kingdom.

Hamad Obaidalla, Emirates' Senior Vice President Commercial Operations - Gulf, Middle East and Iran, said:
"We are pleased to introduce a dedicated hotline for our valued customers in Saudi which will offer a new, convenient and direct channel to access our services."

"Whether onboard or on-the-ground, Emirates aims to deliver a top-quality travel experience, and we look forward to continue providing our customers with Emirates' award-winning service at our ticketing offices as well as via our new hotline."

The hotline will be manned in Arabic and English by a team of highly-trained travel consultants equipped to help retail customers in booking their flights on Emirates, request special services, or make changes to their travel itineraries.

During the Hajj and Umrah seasons, additional manpower will be allocated to the hotline to manage the anticipated increase in customer contact, and to ensure seamless support during the peak travel season. The Hajj and Umrah seasons bring over six million pilgrims into the Holy cities and Emirates' hotline facility will provide yet another channel of assistance for traveling pilgrims to organise their travel requirements with ease.

Emirates Airline's travel trade customers will continue to be served through existing local numbers in each market during normal business hours.

Emirates currently operates 15 flights a week between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Dubai, offering five flights a week each to Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam.
