Camel blood, cancer cure

According to a report in the Gulf News, scientists have found antibodies in camel's blood which have helped them to develop a successful treatment for colon cancer. Tests on colon tumours in mice registered a 100% success rate. Professor Serge Muyldermans, a researcher at the Vrije University in Brussels, told the first Conference of the International Society of Camelids Research and Development in Al Ain, that the findings could lead to cures for other diseases.
