No UAE lens solution ban

The contact lens cleaning solution, ReNu MositureLoc, manufactured by Bausch and Lomb, which has been linked to a serious fungal eye infection will not be officially removed from sale in the UAE at this time. Although sales have been suspended in the USA and other countries, the Ministry of Health will not issue a similar ban, officials told Gulf News.
