Roads and Transport Authority announces new appointments within its departments

H.E. Mattar Al Tayer, Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), has announced several new appointments in different departments within the Authority.
Roads and Transport Authority has announced the appointment of Khaled Al Zahed as Head of Marine Transport. With six years of experience in Coastal Administration and Management, Al Zayed is preparing for a doctorate in coastal and environmental engineering and has received an award as the 'Best Government Employee' in a programme called Al Majal Al Handasi. Khaled graduated from St. Andrews in Scotland and has a Master's degree in Coastal Engineering.
Ali Abdul Kader has been appointed as the Head of the Maintenance Section of the Dubai Metro project. An electrical engineering graduate from Colorado University, U.S.A, Kader has 18 years experience in the field of electrical engineering
Muna Harib, a bachelor's degree holder in business administration and marketing from the UAE University has been appointed as the Head of Traffic Awareness at RTA. She has over five years work experience in the private sector.
Nadira Al Ansari has been appointed as Head of Manpower Planning at RTA. She has a degree in Business Information and Administration from the Technical College in Dubai and has more than 6 years of work experience in the field of human resources.
