Knowledge Horizon commences team leading programme for Emaar

Mr. Ahmad Al Matrooshi, General Manager, Dubai Operations, Emaar who was present on the occasion said "Maximising work place performance and retention of staff is the key to success for any organization. Emaar is proud to announce that the Emaar Training Centre will be ready in about a month's time and this will give Emaar employees a state of the art facility in which to develop.

Mr. Ahmed Ali, Executive Director, HR & Organisation Effectiveness, Emaar also reiterated the launch of the Emaar training centre shortly and Emaar's dedication to training for its staff.

Dr. Maen Al Qatamin, President, Knowledge Horizon encouraged the participants saying "Application of the knowledge gained is equally important to emerge as future leaders of distinguished organizations like Emaar".
