International Customer Loyalty Programmes (ICLP) recently added two new members to their growing team of loyalty marketing specialists in Dubai.
In keeping with tradition and its unflinching commitment to provide cutting-edge creative solutions and back-end fulfilment services for fast-emerging dynamic markets in the UAE, ICLP Dubai has recently appointed Hadya Osman as Senior Account Manager and Priya Krishnamoorthy as Senior Copywriter.
Hadya, an ex-ICLPian, returns to the fold after an interesting stint as E- Business and Marketing Manager with ADCB, Abu Dhabi. A committed CRM and direct marketing specialist with hands-on experience in areas ranging from data entry and operations to client services management, Hadya makes an ideal candidate for the role of Senior Account Manager at ICLP. Her inherent marketing prowess coupled with her recent e-business knowledge acquisition and expertise, makes Hadya's comeback a significant and welcome value addition to ICLP's growing and diverse business interests in the region.
Priya, a communications postgraduate from the S.I.Newhouse School of Communications, Syracuse University, New York, brings to ICLP her proven copywriting prowess and eclectic advertising experience having previously worked at the Dubai offices of OgilvyOne Worldwide, and TEAM/Young & Rubicam Dubai. She has worked on various global accounts including American Express, Jaguar, LG, Land Rover, Ford, Citibank and Gulf Air to name just a few, and handled prestigious local accounts like Jumeirah International, Emaar, Axiom, Burjuman, Etihad Airlines, Etisalat, etc. A committed wordsmith with a mixed-media background, Priya has also previously worked as a Film Development Assistant at MTV Films in Hollywood, Los Angeles, and as a freelance journalist in her native Bangalore, India.
With loyalty marketing proving itself as a profitable method of attaining, retaining and increasing a client's customer base, the additions to the team will enable ICLP to achieve its objective of providing end-to-end solutions and expanding its scope of services to new industries across the Middle East.
