Children's City fundraiser

Children's City, the Dubai-based interactive learning centre, is holding a Big Breakfast fundraising event on Tuesday April 18 to help raise money for Thalassemia sufferers and to fund education campaigns about this hereditary disease. Thalassemia, also known as Sickle Cell Anaemia, is a common condition among UAE nationals. Dr Mariam Matar, the director of the UAE free of Thalassemia project, will be talking to school children about the disease.
