Avaya's UAE and Qatar Business Partner, Future Technology, achieves 'Silver' status accreditation

Avaya (NYSE:AV), a global leader in corporate communications networking solutions and services, has awarded 'Silver' status accreditation to Future Technology for its continuing achievements as an Avaya Business Partner in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Qatar.
Future Technology has been an Avaya BusinessPartner since 1997. It forms part of Avaya's distribution network and implements customer solutions with a high level of professional services in the UAE and Qatar.
"Avaya firmly believes its success is directly related to the achievements of its BusinessPartners. This accreditation reaffirms Future Technology's efforts to elevate its total value offering to its customers and its overall relationship with Avaya," added Mr Koenig.
"We are delighted to have achieved this accreditation, which underscores our ongoing efforts to further the level of service and support that we provide for customers of Avaya's solutions in our territories," added Suhail Zain-Eldeen, general manager of Future Technology.
