The general public, businesspersons, shareholders and all those who pre-booked gathered into the hall to decide whether their taste matches the opulent or the Minimalism architecture style. Showcased were Index, a new project that is all set to become an iconic feature of Dubai's skyline, and Limestone House, a luxurious development that promises to become the most sought-after address in town. Index, the latest in a long line of one-of-a-kind projects by UP, is designed by world-renowned architectural firm Foster and Partners. The spacious minds of the most astounding living architects of our era is apparent as soon as visitors step into the five storey high lobby of this skyscraper.

Index is designed around the concept of reducing to the least possible, shapes, colours or lines to give their simplest form. This 80-storey mixed use building encompassing residential, office and retail spaces is set to be completed in 2008. One of the most distinctions Index is its flexible column-free office floors.
