Commenting on exhibitor participation, Mike Bridge, Regional Sales Director, DSL Exhibitions said:
"This is an established event on the calendar of every international property developer, so naturally the demand from exhibitors has always been strong. Most of the space at both the Kuwait and Dubai exhibitions is booked months in advance, and if you were a property exhibitor selling international real estate off plan, intending to launch a new development and wishing to meet serious investors, local intermediaries, agents or potential partners, I would strongly advise you to contact us without delay."
More than 65 exhibitors representing properties from 30 countries will be present at both the Kuwait and Dubai shows. "Last year, we saw 4,500 visitors come in at the Worldwide Property Shows, held at Abu Dhabi and Dubai," said Mike Bridge. "This year, we expect that number to increase significantly as the Kuwait show will attract a lot of visitors from Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi visitors are sure to come down to Dubai on the show weekend. Now that many expats and locals have bought in the UAE, we have noticed a renewed interest in buying a second home abroad, and these shows provide a great source of information on some of the latest development on offer around the world."
The exhibition targets affluent national, expatriate, international corporate investors and high net worth individuals who wish to buy off plan and invest in residential real estate on a global scale. Exhibitors will include property developers, estate agents, solicitors and mortgage specialists, lenders plus letting agents from approximately 30 different countries including France, Spain, Gibraltar, Croatia, Morocco, Switzerland, Hong Kong, England, Australia, Thailand the UAE and many more.
