The Chairman's Challenge Award recognises the performance of the company's regional dealers in the areas of sales, customer enthusiasm and other operational measures against pre-set targets. Dealers are challenged to excel at delighting their customers and surpass their targets.

A lot of Al Yousuf's success in 2005 was the result of having dedicated sales teams working on project "Overdrive" which focused on increasing customer satisfaction in the service and parts departments. In line with General Motors' strategy, Al Yousuf Motors has also set up a dedicated customer satisfaction department to ensure the highest quality of services to its customers.
