DCCI strongly participates in the UAE Career Fair 2006

Achieving a 55% of Emiratization rate in general job positions in all its departments and divisions, the DCCI's stand at the UAE Career Fair 2006, located at Hall 6, will receive nationals willing to work at the Dubai Chamber and its different departments and divisions. Representatives from the Dubai Chamber will provide visitors of its stand with all the information and the training programs it provides to the newly-recruited national employees.

"Dubai Chamber has launched a number of initiatives and programs that aimed at activating the Emiratization process, luring the outstanding national skills and developing the professional capabilities of the national employees,"

said Mr. Al Mutaiwee.

He pointed out that the most interesting program of Emiratization in the DCCI is the scholarships program which provides national employees with an appreciative opportunity to pursue their higher education, as well as the practical training program through which the Dubai Chamber receives the students of universities and institutes around the year to train them at the DCCI's departments where they can learn more about the job. The Chamber also offers a summer training program through which it provides training to school students during summer time to improve their vocational skills such as using computer and improve their English language.

The DCCI provides various jobs for nationals in different streams of work such as human resources, economy, statistics, library, finance and accounting, information and communication technology, quality, legal affairs, public relations, marketing and customer services, international commerce and business development.
