'The main purpose of our participation in this exhibition is to attract a large number of wholesale traders from Africa to the UAE, especially those traders dealing with Chinese products. The main objective of the UAE Trade Exhibition in Ghana and Senegal is to explore business opportunities for trade, technology transfer, investment and other areas of business co-operation between UAE and Africa. The exhibition in Ghana will showcase the industries and investment opportunities, while the business matching forum in Senegal will be a platform to meet relevant business people, while also facilitating discussions with senior government officials from relevant Ministries. There will also be business discussions with trade associations and chambers of commerce.
'This exhibition will go a long way in enhancing trade ties between the UAE and West African states, and we are certain that UAE will continue to attract major investments from Africa,' he added.
