During their visit, the delegation met H.E. Mirvat Attellawi, Executive Secretary General in ESCAWA; where they discussed the relations between ESCAWA and GCC member states as well as the importance of strengthening these relationships with the regional organizations.

It was also agreed on establishing a complete partnership in all fields between ESCAWA and GOIC, especially in information technology, technical support, training programs and expertise exchange.

As an executive step towards the partnership between the two parties, it was suggested to conduct a yearly joint meeting between the two organizations. Part of this tendency was the agreement to invite ESCAWA to GOIC meetings specifically the serialized ones, and inviting GOIC as an observer member in ESCAWA meetings.

There was also a suggestion for constituting a joint committee which handles the follow-up and implementation of the partnership program's procedures between the two organizations.
