Emirates Properties Investment awards prestigious Indigo Icon contract to Trinity Engineering

Emirates Properties Investment Ltd (B.V.I) has announced the appointment of Trinity Engineering Services LLC as the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) contractor for Indigo Icon, a prestigious new commercial development designed by internationally celebrated architects, Atkins.

Strategically located between the fifth and sixth interchange on Sheikh Zayed Road and at the prestigious Jumeirah Lake Towers, a freehold venture from Nakheel comprising of 79 towers, the 34-storey Indigo Icon will be an enviable place to work. Every office will boast views of the surrounding lake while the tower will be within easy reach of the commercial centre of Dubai, Emirates Golf Club and the Montgomerie.

Trinity Engineering's scope of work at Indigo Icon includes the supply, installation, testing and commission of the plumbing and drainage system, air-conditioning and ventilation, fire alarm, fire-fighting, analogue emergency system and electrical works, IT systems and related works.

Indigo Icon will be a dedicated office tower sharing the same 'A' -shaped structural design as the Developers' other Jumeirah Lake Towers development Indigo Tower. Both buildings incorporate an extensive use of indigo coloured glass complementing a silver grey exterior.

"Indigo Icon will be offering Dubai's discerning business community an excellent range of facilities and state-of-the-art technology including a fully equipped gymnasium, steam rooms, saunas, high speed internet connection, six high speed lifts and 24 hour security," said Mahesh Tourani, director, Emirates Properties Investment Ltd (B.V.I.).

"We have already had an overwhelming response to both Indigo Icon and Indigo Tower," Tourani added.

Jumeirah Lake Towers is a high-rise waterfront commercial and residential development by Nakheel, comprising 26 clusters each with three towers. Different developers are constructing a tower on each of the plots in the clusters, of a residential, commercial or retail nature, under the guidelines of Nakheel.
