The conference, which is preceded with a hands on workshop, will discuss the latest systems, applications, and experiments that are used for the evaluation of professional occupations in different governmental division and private sector associations, organizations and companies. Furthermore, the conference will link the evaluation process to the workers' functional ambition through performance evaluation systems along with the integrated system for Human Resource Management.
The assessment Center has recently conducted a number of executive preparation courses that were presented by a number of senior consultants from the SHL Group (UK). The courses were attended by a number of senior executives, managers, HR directors, and training and development specialists from various sectors within the UAE and GCC. Attendees varied from sectors including banking, telecommunications, investments, energy, armed forces, police, ministries and governmental organizations, and many other organizations. In addition, academic enterprises from Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, as well as the UAE joined the courses to benefit from the valued benefits provided.
Participants highly benefited from the programs through the discussion sessions and the competitive work groups. Various practical and theoretical were discussed and compared with local, regional, and international results and statistics; thus ensuring the adoption of the best means and programs that increase efficiency levels on both the individuals and the organizational levels.
Moreover, the Assessment Center at the Etisalat Academy is not limited to the assessment and measurement of efficiency levels, especially that various courses are continuously organized for senior executives working in the region, who are awarded a degree that is accredited from the British Psychological research institution upon the completion of the courses
