TECOM Investments initiates collaborative effort with Dubai Holding companies to boost quality processes

TECOM Investments has initiated a collaborative effort with other Dubai Holding companies to support each other in boosting the improvement of quality processes and systems.
Abdullatif Al Mulla, Deputy CEO, TECOM said: "TECOM is committed to collaborating with Dubai Holding entities and other leading institutions to enhance standards of business across the UAE. Our efforts highlight our active engagement to promote quality management in both the public and private sector in the country. On our part, we are eager to help other companies benefit from our experience in building quality processes and systems."
"Quality is one of our main focuses this year, and it will remain a key element of TECOM's mission in the years to come," he added. "It is part of our mission to raise the quality bar for our business environment to a new level."
TECOM's Quality group recently met with representatives of Jumeirah Beach Hotel's (JBH) Quality Department in response to a JBH request for solutions to implement an Integrated Quality System comprising quality processes and procedures within JBH.
During the meeting at Dubai Internet City, Samira Abdullah, Quality Management Specialist, TECOM highlighted comprehensive features of its quality assurance systems, while sharing its understanding and expertise of processes that adhere to the highest standards within the industry.
TECOM Director of Quality, Abdelatif Hegazy presented Achiever Plus, TECOM's software of choice, to the JBH representatives, detailing its flexibility and compliance with stringent quality standards. TECOM also addressed specific concerns of JBH Group members' with respect to the potential challenges of introducing new processes and controls to JBH's complex existing operations.
"As an industry leader, TECOM has laid the foundation for growth through collaboration, and has inspired us to take part in the joint effort to improve business standards and complement the rapid growth of the UAE economy," said Farzana Ali, Quality Manager Systems, Compliance and Awareness of Jumeirah Beach Residence.
