World's leading industry associations confirm full support to Dubai Contact Centre event

Two of the world's leading industry associations: the Help Desk Institute (HDI) and the Customer Contact Association (CCA) have confirmed their endorsement of IIR's Contact Centre & Help Desk Forum to be held on 10 - 14 June 2006 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Dubai.
The CCA will be sending their International Director, Michael Stock, who is also Head of Business Partnerships & Audience Services at the BBC in the UK. Michael will be addressing the challenges and future trends for the contact centre industry. Anne Marie Forsyth, CEO of the CCA said 'CCA is delighted to be working with IIR at this event. Improved professionalism is at the heart of the CCA agenda and we look forward to meeting with delegates to discuss how we might work together to achieve these aims.'

IIR's Contact Centre & Help Desk Forum, is being held at the JW Marriott Hotel in Dubai on 10 - 14 June 2006. The event features regional and international case studies from award winning organisations such as TNT, and Barclays Bank who have been recognised specifically for their contact centre and help desk functions. There will be three interactive workshops, and the industry's latest issues addressed by an international speaker faculty.
