Etisalat Business Centres in Dubai extend working hours

Emirates Telecommunications Corporation - Etisalat- is enhancing its operations at its Business Centres in Dubai, and they will now stay open for longer hours to better serve customers.

All Business Centres around the Emirate of Dubai will remain open from 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturday to Wednesday, and from 8 AM to 1 PM on Thursday.

This is the second stage of the initiative to extend the timings of Business Centres in Dubai, and now brings all the Business Centres across the Emirate of Dubai to the same timings.

Latifa Fekri, Manager Sales & Business Development- Etisalat Dubai Region said: "Our pilot project of following these working hours at the Deira Business Centre received very good responses from our customers. This has encouraged us to extend this convenience to customers in all parts of Dubai. We are happy to meet our customer demand and to be available for business at their convenience".

She added:

"Etisalat has conducted a number of field studies about the efficiency of increasing the working hours, and the results have shown that it is vital to undertake a number of initiatives to serve our customers whenever and wherever they are available, so that we can adapt to their lifestyles and ease service delivery to our customers".


This initiative is part of a series undertaken by the Corporation to develop and enhance its customer service trends. Etisalat has recently opened a number of Business and Service Centres around Dubai and the UAE, and has also opened key points of presence in strategic locations such as Dubai International Airport and a number of other locations.

Etisalat has also initiated a number of payment channels such as over the Internet, auto-payment machines or through partnerships with Emirates Post and a number of banks in the UAE. It has also eased the transactions of ordering value-added services and developed a 24-hours contact center to handle customer queries.
