MCN announces appointments

The Middle East Communications Network (MCN) which owns and manages several leading advertising and communications companies in the Middle East including the Promoseven Network, Lowe MENA, Initiative and Magna have made two major appointment announcements today.

Fadi Salameh, CEO and President of MCN said,

"I am delighted to make a very important announcement regarding two exciting appointments at MCN. Oussama Jamal and Eyad Abdul Khalek are joining the group as Regional Operations Directors, Media Operations, MCN. Both Oussama and Eyad are well renowned media specialists in the region, and their joining our team in senior operational positions will be a huge boost to our group's media endeavors."


Oussama and Eyad have moved to MCN from Starcom MediaVest Group where both held top positions as Media and Operations Directors for the Group. They have tremendous business growth records and have unique experiences and perspectives on synergizing media operations, optimizing both buying and planning and launching several key initiatives. Both Eyad and Oussama have been key players in areas of product quality, innovation, restructuring, diversification, and building the operations culture throughout the region.

At MCN Media, Oussama and Eyad will work closely with the MDs to support expansion plans, optimize organization structure, drive growth. Enhance and develop the quality of the media product and pursue synergies.

The big picture idea behind the MCN Media development is to align and synergize MCN's media entities - UM7, Inititaive and Magna towards synergistically becoming more dynamic and become the undisputed leaders in the region. Fadi Salameh added "Our ultimate goal is to make MCN media entities the standard of excellence in communication and media."
