Qtel, Siemens sponsor 3G lab

Qtel and Siemens Communications are investing $2.5m in technology and equipment for a 3G Wireless telecommunications laboratory at the College of the North Atlantic at Qatar. The laboratory will be used for testing 3G functionality and services.
