Lagoon, new phase launched

Dubai Lagoon, the $817m development, yesterday announced the launch of its second phase. The development ranges from studios up to two bedroom properties and all include fully furnished kitchens as standard. All second phase buildings will be based around a sapphire coloured lagoon and it is expected to be ready for occupation by June 2008.
