In the digital home arena, Intel® Viiv™ launched at the last IDF technology will take centre stage. Separate tracks encompassing Digital Enterprise, Channel Platform Technologies and Trends, Software Technology LABs and Mobile Platform and Wireless Technologies will also allow participant an opportunity to have hands-on training on the latest industry solutions.
Aysegul Ildeniz, Intel's Regional Director for Middle East, Turkey and Africa said that hosting Intel Developer Forum in Cairo was part of Intel's digital transformation initiatives set to enrich local ICT skills, provide digital accessibility and build local competencies. Highlighting that Intel ® Next-Generation Micro-Architecture would take centre stage, she said, "Intel Core micro-architecture has quickly emerged as the new energy-efficient foundation for desktop, mobile and server processors, and we will briefing developers on this technology at the Forum. Meanwhile, Technical Training sessions will be taught in a curriculum format, with three levels of content - introductory, basic and advanced level - covering Digital Enterprise Technologies, Intel Technology and Research, Mobile Platform Technologies, Software Solutions and Tools and Channel Platform Technologies and Trends."
