Mr. Joyce will work closely with Khaled Al Huraimel, COO of Dubai Waterfront Company and together they will spearhead the day-to-day operations of the organization and develop the long term strategy.
Announcing the appointment of Mr. Joyce, Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman, Nakheel, said:

The new structure will include job descriptions, performance criteria and all the necessary policies and procedures. We are confident that his expertise will help us achieve our objectives, in close coordination with our strong board and management team. I welcome Mr. Joyce on board and wish him all the success."
